Afrihosts poor service and support

I ordered a fibre package from afrihost in the first week of january 2019. Vumatel have installed the fibre line and box on 26 jan 2019. Since then i have been asking afrihost for feedback as the line has not been activated. I have been communicating with Riaz Cajee the ticked id is pwt- ********** 9. To date afrihost says they escalated and awaiting feedback. Today i called Vumatel and they say they are waiting for Afrihost to give them a work order number to activte the line. Can you please sort this **** service out asap as we are now at the end of Feb 2019 and im still waiting!
