Afrihost's "No Commitment" Statement is False

I have always recommended Afrihost to friends until recently. I ordered a fixed wireless package from Afrihost using the rain network and experienced terrible reception even though my area was covered according to Rain. Afrihost has been unhelpful in improving my customer experience and I then decided to stop using the service. After canceling the service, I was charged a R1000 cancellation fee even though I was on a month-to-month package deal. I was also not made aware of this before starting to use the service. Do not trust their "no-commitment" statement.
