Afrihost's internet is not worth having

I have had Afrihost for years and instead of their service getting better it has become dismal. They have had years to improve their network and connectivity but nothing has happened but what upsets me the most is that they falsely advertise. They tell you that you have something called Turbo Charge which gives you optimal line speed for a period of time, this never works and you are left with a connection speed that would be deemed as prehistoric in 2021. Someone please assist because they have taken no action in helping me with my line speed and I do not want to be left without an internet connection..... Also their CEO has an email address that can't be used, why would you claim to have this contact available and not be contactable ??? *** never works!
