Afrihost's empty promises

Apparently Afrihost suffers from a constant and unexpected load on their phones, at all hours of the day and week. I'm not sure how this influx of calls can be all day every day, and still be unexpected, to be honest.

They also got to the point of billing us for a service which they couldn't actually structurally deliver. The only way that they informed us of this was by ignoring us until we contacted them (which takes hours and hours because they are always suffering from an unexpected influx of calls).

Compared to Vox, their prices are also ******* - would not recommend. 0 stars.
