Afrihosts' dead Fibre
Great speeds but TERRIBLE support and no support over weekends. My fibre has been dead now for three days!

29 Jul 2020, 10:07My issue was resolved. Afrihost traced the fault to a faulty router on my side. Their conduct was always professional, but their support people should try to probe a fault beyond just the obvious.
