Afrihosts big thank you to loyal subscribers

I have generally been exceptionally happy with Afrihost over the past lets say 10 plus years. However, I am exceptionally peeved right now. You see, Afrihost is rewarding all new subscribers with a special of epic proportions, and rewarding it's loyal, dedicated subscribers with a big fat nothing! For example: I have a 1000Mbps up and a 250Mbps down line, and I'm paying R1497 pm. (A ten plus year subscriber). New signups are paying R1197 for the same line speed! When I queried this I was told it was a Black Friday special. Great! The website however, doesn't mention any Black Friday deals for these packages. But that's not really the point. Where's the appreciation for the loyal supporters? Where are our discounted packages? I feel that I, and many other Afrihost loyalists, deserve first shot at any discounted packages. Why should a new sign up get the same line cheaper than me? Has Afrihost not seen the backlash over DSTV doing the exact same thing a little while ago? Seems they are now in a spot of bother with their subscribers jumping ship faster than ever before. I hope this complaint reaches the eyes and ears of somebody with a brain at Afrihost, because the people that I have already spoken to have treated my complaint with disdain. Be careful Afrihost, be very careful.
