Afrihost/Openserve poor line stability and service

It has been a whole month now since we have been with Afrihost/Openserve. We have had issues with our PureDSL line ever since. Speed jumps from 10 to 3 to 0 to 6 etc all the time. After NUMEROUS calls and messages it still has not been resolved. We pay for a 10mbps and this is much worse than expected. Afrihost have logged the problem to Openserve more than a week ago and now one has bothered to follow up. Very dissappointed.
