Afrihost/OpenServe fibre a disaster

I have made a huge mistake. I have entered into a 24 month contract with Afrihost/Openserve for fibre internet which I dont get much use of. There is no explanation why the connection is unavailable most of the time. There is actually no answer to my questions. It is an expensive contract and I took it because I need the service pretty urgently. Afrihost doesnt care about that though. They merrily send the debit through each month.
