AFRIHOST/OCTOTEL TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I canceled my subscription due to unfair practice on the part of Afrihost (ISP) and Octotel (fibre suplier). The wifi devices were installed poorly, as confirmed by the technician who checked the devices post service interruption. My wifi service did not function after the one device fell from where it was mounted, causing the fibre to snap. The device was poorly installed by the installation technician, having used a silicone which was obviously of poor quality, or the actual mounting was not done correctly. After submitting photographs of the damage, a technician coming out to check and then confirm poor installation, I was told that reinstallation is required, at my cost of R1500. This is outrageous!! Afrihost as my ISP, just passed on the message and did not consider the situation as being unfair. I've canceled this service immediately.
