If I could go below one star I would!

Ownership of my ONT was moved back to Openserve and they could not even pick this up themselves, after I informed them of this they kept on sending request to take it over(3 to be exact) that was not being received by Openserve..which I also had to confirm with Openserve myself. They escalated the matter and would have provided feedback in 24 hours which is now 36 hours and three consultants that promised to call me back has now disappeared of the face of the earth.

I would rather pay more for better service, they are USELESS in resolving any problem and should it get to difficult they just say they will call back and forget about you. Not their problem.

I tried to get hold of a manager, but after being informed that they work from home(lucky them, their wifi works) and holding for an hour they could not trace a manager to assist.

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! USE ANYONE BUT AFRIHOST
