AFRIHOST....Do not deal with them !!!

Afrihost are a bunch of *******. My wifi stopped working on April 21, 2020 and STILL does not up to now June 18. I've spoken to almost 10 consultants, including the accounts manager who could not resolve the issue. Now, they are demanding payment from me for services for NOT RENDERED for this period.......Is this not THEFT?
