Afrihost.com/Cell C ****

I signed up on the mobile website for a 50 GB Cell C package. It specifically states "no contracts no catch". "You can simply cancel anytime before the 15th of the month." I cancelled within 3 months due to such bad download speeds that I could not use the 50 GB of data within one month. I than received an invoice with a R999.00 cancellation fee; it was the first time that I heard of this cancellation fee. I called and e-mail to query this and was advised that if you cancel within 6 months there is R999.00 cancellation fee. I asked to then rather reinstate the service and cancel after 6 months. They responded to say that the contract cannot be reinstated and they proceeded to debit the R999.00 from my credit card without authorization. I asked for proof that I had acknowledged and accepted the cancellation fee but this request is just being ignored.
