Afrihost.com worst fibre you can install - Dont

The worst fibre provider. I have had problems with two of my installations. They never want to come out to fix issues. They always try to do it over the phone. I have cancelled one contract already. My second contract is at an airbnb and now after changing the ont device, it only worked for 2 weeks. My issue was escalated a few times and its just the same excuse over and over. All they can say is, Apologies for the inconvenience, I understand your frustration. So I had to give my wireless internet to my student tenants to accomodate them. I sit with nothing. Let me tell you Afrihost when your kids cant do their homework, or you cant do your work, or you don't get anything for money you are paying its not okay. To apologies the whole time is not a solution. Get some proper technicians outside to fix these issues. I just hope this email reaches a few people and they decide not to use you guys at all. If only one persons mind changes after reading this review it would be worth it. Word of mouth can be the worst or the best advertisment.
