AfriHost.com Takes Your Money but Does Not deliver Product.

I don't know if Afrihost (dot) (com) likes practical jokes, or just enjoys *****ing people's money. I registered a website (domain name) with Afrihost (dot) (com) and authorized a debit order. They delivered the website and login details. 1 Day later I was unable to login to my client area and my website was no longer visible. Surprise surprise this morning ABSA sent me an sms telling me that Afrishost (dot) (com) debited my account for the price of the website (domain) Countless times I have tried to contact Afrihost (dot)(com) without any success. No email explaining what is going on...Nothing. Is this how they make their money? My clients are wanting to know why the website has not been launched. I am losing business and money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Afrihost (dot) (com) you will lose money and be left in the lurch when you request support, feedback or answers.
