Afrihost.com Service Sucks.

I have had endless problems with my Afrihost account. I have the LTE for my home and data top up for myself and my wife for our cell-phones. I took up the special they had for one gig of data for R69, the promotion said every time your data runs out and you top up with one gig you get another gig free. They never gave me the free data after the numerous times I topped up. Every time I top up my data they only debit me four or five days later. Sometimes there is not enough money in my bank account at that time so they suspend my data account. The last time I topped up my data, I made sure there was enough money for the debit order. Afrihost debited me and got their money. A day later my entire Afrihost account was locked. When I called them to find out what was happening nobody could help me and I ended up holding for over 30mins and eventually dropped the call. I called many times after that but the same thing happen. I was so frustrated that I eventually called in and asked the agent not to transfer me but cancel my account, she also told me she cannot until I send an e-mail. I have now resulted in going to my bank to cancel their debit orders. I wish I never joined Afrihost, their service sucks.
