AFRIHOST.COM - POOR SERVICE AND ASSISATNCE

I relocated to a new area and requested be be contacted today for a new installation. Afrihost did not make contact with me - after me contacting them - they escalated the matter and was then advised they cant find my location and now I must send them a proof of residence. I have just moved into the premises.

I have been billed for the month and not receiving the service - so currently paying for something I don't have.

When querying to cancel the account completely - I was advised no problem - they want the months cancellation fee and the account will be cancelled 01.05.2023

So I am going to be penalized for poor service and assistance.
