Afrihost.com is not an ISP anyone should be considering

I would suggest that anyone looking for an ISP look elsewhere.

Today I cancelled all services I had with Afrihost (Fiber, ADSL Data, Mobile Data and hosting) due to terrible service received from their support staff. I had many services which I re**** on Afrihost for, for a few years now, but dealing with their staff has become an absolute nightmare, and they will not even call you to clarify any issues.

Their support staff seem unqualified or untrained, and are unable to even read basic messages thoroughly. One of them tried to re-activate a line that I had cancelled but was still getting billed for, which was the basis of my initial concern.
