Afrihost.com fibre dishonesty. Billing with no service provided.

I app**** for a fibre line on Dec 2023. The condition stipulated by Afrihost is that no billing will occur till the line is active. The router is still in the box, the fibre line has not been connected by Afrihost and I was debited for fibre usage. I have emailed support who advised that an internal problem occurred with open serve and my account will be credited. That did not happen. I spent the morning on calls between the fibre department who advised that from their end they have notified accounts to credit me. Accounts department advised that they will only credit ne once the installation occurs. So until that time...they will continue to bill me for a service I'm not receiving. That is plain dishonesty. Do not sign up with Afrihost.com fibre!
