Afrihost.com

We received fibre in our area last year - afrihost does not provide this service. I tried to cancel my afrihost in clientzone but was unable to. I asked for assitance with consultant who told me my account was closed. I no longer received invoices and noticed this month I am still being billed for afrihost plus every month Which I am told I should have closed seperately. I specifically asked for my ACCOUNT to be closed which according to me entails everything. Also I feel deceived as they stopped sending me invoices - probably hoping I wouldn't notice ( which I didn't) until now. I feel deceived and like they have been *****ing from me.
