ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!! Bad to almost no technical support! Once a ticket is logged, one has to follow up numerous times. Once again, after following up - they would divert the problem to their rental supplier i.e Frogfoot (pending your area provider) then frogfoot would divert to another supplier called DFA!!! It's absolutely outrageous that one has to pay monthly FOR NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!
