Afrihost.com - erratic fibre connnectivity

In the last few months, the fibre connectivity which Afrihost has been providing, certainly in the Sandton area, has been erratic, at best. Multiple times during the day, the connection is lost for a couple of minutes at a time, resulting in lost virtual meetings, and other annoying delays caused by loss of connectivity. It seems to be becoming a more regular occurrence as days go by. I have been a client of Afrihost for years, but never has this happened on such a sustained basis. Afrihost had better improve its performance, otherwise this customer is walking! There are plenty of other service providers who offer fibre which works ALL of the time!
