Afrihost.com empty promises and lies

We signed up with Afrihost, service provider CellC. Right from the start we were experiencing connectivity problems. Raised numerous complaints via Facebook messenger with Afrihost. They reply quickly but unfortunately they just put you on a wild goose chase and do not get anything sorted out or tell you the truth if there is a bigger problem, you just go in circles. Now after many weeks of constant problems and complaints, we do not have any connectivity at all now already for 2 days. A consultant called me last night to tell me CellC is not covering our area anymore? Excuse me, we checked that our area is covered before we signed up, now suddenly our area is not covered anylonger. How on earth does this work? No one is taking responsibility or trying to be of any assistance. The Afrihost consultant said she will speak to her manager about cancelling our account and will get back to me. Surprise, surprise again no service but just empty promises. My son is using the internet for business from home and this is costing us so much money in data it is not even funny! Please get your act together and tell me how to get this resolved! I am fed up!!!! :(
