Afrihost.com - Digital hostage takers

I have tried on numerous occasions to transfer my domains away from Afrihost.com and their *********** (so called) Support Desk keep blocking the transfer. I now feel like they are trying to hold me hostage by refusing my requests, instances and even demands to transfer away from them. This process should only take a maximum of 1 week has now taken over a month and I am still trying. I have received calls from Supervisors (or should I say STUPIDvisors) confirming that they will honor my requests and yet once again have to start again (this will now be the fourth attempt) to transfer to my new host. This level of incompetence is extreme. I do not know what has happened to their support. I have been a customer of theirs for 9 years and have been happy with their service in the past but this is now enough. I am now being held hostage (in a digital sense) by Afrihost.com as they keep refusing my transfer requests. My account is always paid on time and in full so they are happy to take your money but don't try move away, it is then that you find out who they really are!
