My wife and I decided to take out a contract with them. Unfortunetly they could not assist us as there was no infrastructure in our neighborhood. However 3 months after canceling they continue to debit our account. It is frustrating having to continually call and point out their incompetance. We have not signed any debit order agreement yet they manage to bill us?
