Afrihost Zero Star Rating if possible

Would give zero stars if possible. Service stop working 6 days ago and have received absolutely shocking service! Promise to call back and never do, escalated to management, twice, still couldn’t be bothered to contact me. Have spoken to at least a dozen different call centre agents who promise to get back to you and don’t bother. Honestly don’t know how Afrihost are still in business. 100% cannot recommend this provider rather.
