Afrihost - Zero Customer Service

I logged a fault with Afrihost 2 weeks ago, I have since spoken to 4 different people who keep telling me that they have reported/escalated the issue with open serve and there is nothing further they can do to assist me. I was told today to contact open serve directly as Afrihost cannot do anything further to assist me, and was told that open serve will not deal with me directly.

It is truly disgusting that they will take money from you and not give you the service you are paying for or try to assist you in anyway. Pure internet Joy - false advertising.
