Afrihost - Your service is as shocking as your partner TT Connect

Afrihost, go and read my review on TT Connect, i am placing you in the same bucket as you are partners with them. It took three weeks for you guys to notice there was an issue with the address, the process needed to start all over again!!!!! I have this sickly sweet person assisting me who makes promises every week "you will be connected by the end of the week i guarantee you" and "I am here with you every step of the way to make sure you get connected" . . . 4 weeks later i am still not connected due to your lack of efficiency as well as your inability to get YOUR service provider to up their game. I will continue to rate you badly until this issue is escalated and the appropriate person - not a sales person - contacts me to assure me this has been elevated to the correct people to assist. I work from home and this has been nothing but a nightmare. Almost three weeks of paying for data using a ****le to work for an international FT500 company who cannot understand what is going on in Africa . . . Thanks for making me look like a complete fool Afrihost and TT Connect!
