Twice i have tried your service and twice you have failed miserably - the fibre is ******* and inconsistent

I moved out of my house before 01 December and I cancelled my service weeks before that - you now say you have no record of the cancellation even though I spoke to a rep a few days after moving out and it was confirmed cancelled

You say there is activity on the account but the current tenant is with a different service provider

Cancel my account and STOP trying to bill me
