Afrihost, you might be in year 2020 but they are in 1946.

The fibre had to be installed via Frogfoot who took forever to send people out to complete the installation, after a few weeks of pulling teeth we eventually got everything connected in our house. On the last weekend of contractors coming through they then tell us the main switch at the complex gate is not receiving power to activate the internet connection to our home. My husband and I have been contacting Afrihost for them to speak to THEIR supplier to just switch on the freaking power and it is like asking someone to bring you the MOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have been put on hold for such a long time that we get fed up and hang up, we have jobs to attend to we cannot hold on the line for hours!!!! Worst service ever, I cannot believe in 2020 we are waiting for months to receive internet connection in our home.
