Afrihost - you forget your Clients are PEOPLE

A terrible experience with Afrihost. They have absolutely no back up service. Once they installed & we had paid for a new wi-fi, at our business, it took literally hours of wasted time on the phone, trying to activate it. They are so "tech savvy" they forgot that their Clients are PEOPLE. waiting in a telephone queue for 30 minutes to an hour is not acceptable. Suggestion - get some technicians in the field to give your Clients some SERVICE! we eventually called up the Nerds who sorted us out in no time at an additional cost of R700.00
