Afrihost you don't deserve our money

I have been waiting on a new fibre installation for nearly a month now, no one can tell me when openserve will call. I just keep getting told a representative from openserve will be in contact. This is by far the worst service I have had. There lines are always a 20 min wait, then their call center people never get back to me on what is happening.
