Afrihost wrestling with TT Connect?

I have moved into an apartment with a fibre line already installed. I selected Afrihost to be my fibre service provider and asked them to switch the line on. No installation necessary. Afrihost delivered my router 3 days later, however 9 days later they are unable to manage the Fibre Provider, namely TT Connect. This has become a circus of one department pointing fingers at another, where the irony is that this is the simplest thing. PLEASE JUST SWITCH ON THE FIBRE LINE. I have had such good experiences with Afrihost up to now. Their staff are like drones going through the motions who don't care about getting things done, just about making the right noises.
