Afrihost - Would not recommend

I am appalled by the service provided by these guys. Our internet at home has been down for 4 days. I have sms'd "help" to their helpline only to get a response saying that they will call me back soon.

It is over 24 hours later and there is still no call?

I then went on to their website and contacted them through whatsapp. The first operator assisted me and advised me that I would get a call at 6pm the same night. It is 7:30pm now and still not a peep from Afrihost.

I then proceeded to whatsapp them again, now, to be helped by Thulanie N. He didn't even assist me. He didn't even ask about any details of my details so that he could find out more about the status of my account.
