AFRIHOST WORT ISP EVER!!!

Afrihost is the WORST ISP on this planet!! I cancelled my internet package on the 9th of October through client zone. And then obviously I cancelled my telkom land line on the 24th of October. It seemed all went well until telkom send me a bill in December and then again in January! Supposedly November should have been my last bill. So I queried this with Telkom and they keep telling me the same BS story. "Afrihost needs to release the line back to Telkom, that is why Telkom can't cancel my line". I have been fighting with Telkom and not with Afihost. Me as the customer followed the right procedures to cancel my internet and line rental but this far it's been my responsibility to constantly follow up between Telkom and Afrihost!!!! I'm ****ing fed up!!! Afrihost and Telkom are lying ********!!!! AFRIHOST SORT THIS OUT!!!
