AFRIHOST WORST SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THEIR FIBER - USE OTHER ISP RATHER

BAD BAD BAD - I am extremely upset with Afrihost as i was referred to them as people told me they are ok . but there Service is Bad and Here is problem. I am a web developer and i work from home and build websites and apps every day . I have logged multiple calls with them Via Whatsapp and Phone Calls and 1 of there Agents told me now that there is a major problem and logged a fault . No one calls you Back to find out how the Internet is or has the problem been resolved . WOW Customer SERVICE - Half a Star - Now this morning my Debit Order for my Internet of a 40MB Account of R529.00 has been successfully Debit and Guess What my Internet was disconnected . Really .
