afrihost worst support for lte

internet gets blocked every day for the past week now. reported it numerous times for afrihost to inform mtn about the issue. afrihost informed me this morning that they never reported the issue. i can't believe that they don't take issue as this as serious. lte number ***. if a manager reads this, give me a call on my account cell nr.
