Afrihost worst service provider- WIFI down 3 days

Wifi has been down for 3 days. Spoken to more than 6 agents, they all say we will get someone to call you back or that the issue is with Vumatel. 3 days!!!!

We have spent alot of money waiting on calls, the wifi being down has affected our productivity at work as we cant work from home, as a result we are spending money on fuel to drive to the office. So many impacts, yet no one from Afrihost is able to assist.

We are paying R1500 for WIFI and for a service that is non existent.

I am highly frustrated and because of this experience we will be moving to a new service provider, one that values their customers and their contribution to their business.
