AFRIHOST WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE WORLD !!!

AFRIHOST worst service from the security department(Prashan H and Christopher G). We transferred our domain from Afrihost over a month ago to another hosting provider, this was after our account was hacked and unauthorized transactions in the form of Airtime and Data were purchased without our approval. After alerting them to the unauthorized transaction non of them wanted to take responsibility hence our move to the new hosting service provider.

As if that was not enough, they are now refusing to hand over our Website content backup. Instead we are being sent from pillar to post. From the accounts department to the security department that never responds to emails or takes calls.

You hold for over an hour and before you receive any help the call is dropped.

Afrihost is the worst service provider ever in the history of service providers in the world. Would not recommend anyone to use them !!!!
