AFRIHOST worst service provider in the country

I have been with Afrihost for over 5 years. Since day one i have been paying for a prime package. I'm supposed to have 2 terabyte's package R827.00 per month, never missed a payment always paid on time. this network package should be graded as at least a Mercedes yet i been driving a old shifty beetle instead. The network for as few years is so slow that i struggle to open even my emails, im supposed to get at least close to 50 megs per minute. most times I'm lucky of i get 10 megabytes per second .Their customer service is the worst ever. people consumers stay as far away from Afrihost as possible i think that they have ****** from me for way to long i guess its because my area is not exotic enough to deserve decent service delivery. People should stop supporting useless providers like Afrihost as much as i have a 2 terabyte a month Package I'm Lucy if i manage to use 100megabytes per months. I intend to drop this useless provider once and far all as i feel that loyally customers they take us for granted. Today I have reached my patience limit I cant even open Facebook for months and I use face book for work and lots of online meetings that stays unstable.
