Afrihost, worst service provider ever!

Absolute worst service provider ever. Don't consider using them. We have never battled with wifi as we do now. Constantly have to reboot, having to reconfigure, having to battle with staff on the phone. This past Friday was the absolute worst - dealt with a Monde who refused to transfer me to his manager and refused to give me his surname. Said he is not allowed to do it. The most obstinate person I have ever dealt with. Does not understand customer service. We are very disappointed that we chose to go with Afrihost and signed up with them. Extremely disappointed.
