Afrihost worst service ever

App**** for Afrihost Wifi simcard and the money was deducted 1 Dec. Today is 10 January 2026 and we still waiting for simcard. They tried to deduct 2nd payment but we stopped the debit order. After numerous calls we were told every time simcard is with the courier last week we were told a neighbor sign for the simcard and is using it. If this is the case surely it is ***** and what about Rica. And for a neighbor to have access to the card Afrihost had to activate the card without our consent. Now they are telling us we have to apply again. Worst service ever!!!!!!
