Afrihost - WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Seriously the worst service and support !! Pay for a 200/200 line - receive less than 20 down and to boot more than a week later trying to get hold of somebody to help!! Multiple Emails- no response, phone— I challenge the Afrihost CEO to call!! Calls dropped, agents not knowledgeable, no follow up on tickets lodged —— I am at my wits end!! Feels like dealing with snake oil salesmen that disappear once the deal is done!!! What to do when you can’t contact a company that is supposed to deliver a service and doesn’t??? Afrihost —- this is unacceptable!!!
