Afrihost WORST service

None of our e-mail accounts have been working since this afternoon. This is the second time in a month now. The just send the usual mail, thinking we are idiots. Telling us to check user names and passwords. Meanwhile the issue is on their side pointing to the incoming mail servers.

The tech support is pathetic
