Afrihost - worst service and a waste of time and money

Haven't even joined Afrihost yet! And what terrible service.. everyone I spoke to has blatantly **** to me..! Every call I made(30+ calls) have either been ended by agents or managers.. or an empty promise has been made.. I did an online application 27th of August already.. and no installation has been done.. no communication from the company about a delay or anything. I have called so many times to say that the connection needed is due to working from home, which obviously means money lost! I even complained that I have been hotspotting my work computer to do the bare minimum. Honestly wouldn't recommend this to anyone.. I'd even go as far as encouraging clients to leave this pitiful network.. Rain.com is so much better lol
