Afrihost - worst service

The customer service of Afrihost is pathetic. Our 2g has not been working for over a month. They promised to pick the router up withing 3 days however it's now almost 2 weeks and they still haven't picked up. We are paying for a service that we have not gotten for over a month. We have spoke to 7 different people and each person directs us somewhere else. We've been going around in circles. The last straw was today when one of their consultants Lebo told us to go to another service provider. So arrogant as if he own Afrihost. Pathetic behavior. They boast about customer service and compare themselves to other companies. But they have proven to be worse then all of them.
