Absolustely pathetic internet service provider, been strugeling with the support team for two weeks to find out what wrong with my LTE service and no one can tell me and all I get from them is to send me my address WHICH WAS GIVEN WITH THE RICA DOCUMENTS.

And they have the audacity to charge you R999 as cancelation fee for something they are not even providing you with.

Absolutely pathetic beyond words.
