Afrihost Worst ISP for internet 🤮

Worst service ever by a ISP. You pay for a 50mb line then get told you will be upgraded to a 400mb line... Ever since I struggle to get 20mb. Everytime you contact them you get told to connect a laptop and bla bla bla. Everytime it will be escalated but no response... But comes month end the full amount gets taken without delay. Very very poor service
