Afrihost - Worst ISP

I have logged multiple calls about the instability of my fibre lines and dealt with numerous agents. I have asked every time to speak to a supervisor and apparently this is noted on my profile that one will phone me back. I have sent e-mails to their *** email and received a ticket number. It has been 2 weeks now since the latest email and to date, I have not received any call or email feedback. Extremely frustrated with their service/lack thereof and how the system works overall.
