Afrihost Worst IPS in South Africa

Hello Peter,<br> I am at my wits end with this service provider, since MTN announced that they could not give Afrihost bandwidth at below cost anymore the service has been terrible on the technical side throughput is painful with pings as high as 9000ms and constant failed loadings.. On the account side they seem to be trying to find any reason to cancel the account, like I put on a top up on Friday last week it goes through and their system says the payment is processed immediately, this week I spend the money is in my account and then I see on wednesday that the Afrihost payment has only been processed then??? and has failed, so not processed immediately clearly. Now they are canceling my account \because this has happened a few time"the truth is they can't afford to hold the contracts at the price they have quoted and this is how the are dealing with it. shameful!!!
