Afrihost - Worst Internet Service Provider

For the past nine years, I have been persistently supporting this frustratingly inadequate service provider, Afrihost. Each year, I faced a myriad of issues that chipped away at my patience. Most recently, I made the difficult decision to cancel one of my internet lines, which had become more trouble than it was worth. When I expressed my concerns, they were quick to offer me a month of free service in hopes of convincing me to stay.

Despite my reluctance, I decided to give them another chance, but, unfortunately, nothing improved. After enduring yet another lack of resolution, I officially canceled my service on March 20th. To my dismay, they continued to debit my account even after the cancellation. When I reached out to their accounts department for clarification, I was met with an unapologetic response: they claimed there would be no refund.

It has become painfully clear to me that they neither listen to their customers nor show any genuine care for their needs. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to thoroughly research Afrihost before committing.
